Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Diamond Lanes Clothing, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, unless item stated Non refundable or Non exchangeable in the description, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We, however, we do not offer refunds for purchases made using Coinbase due to the volatility of cryptocurrency.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@diamondlanesclothing.com with a receipt of proof of purchase and the items you intend to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that all items must be returned unopened, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Wrong Product
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the mistake. If the mistake was made on our end, the customer will bear the shipping charges for the return and we will bear the charges for replacement of the product. Claims
Claims for damage or loss of goods during transit must be made in writing to Diamond Lanes Clothing within 3 days of delivery. We take these matters seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible.
Refund Processing time

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
